Booking an appointment and prepayment
Prepayment in full is required to book & hold you appointment time.
If you wish to hold a weekly appointment time it is requested that at the beginning of each month you prepay for each appointment in that month.
Your late arrival will require that we end the session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorter. We have reserved this time for you and only you and have other people scheduled after your time.
A cancelled appointment delays our work. When you must cancel, please give us at least 24 hours notice. We are rarely able to fill a cancelled session unless we know at least 24 hours in advance. If you are unable to provide at least 24 hours notice when you cancel, you will be charged in full - no refunds are available.
In the event that we have to cancel - all makeup appointments must be made up within 15 days from the date of the original appointment. - No refunds are available.
